This number records to an automated queue, that is monitored by phone center staff members, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm.
A "live" transportation staff member will answer this phone number from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm, and from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm, it is transferred to the Alarm Monitoring Center, to be answered by the on-duty security officer.

Requesting A Bus Stop Change:
You may request the start of bus transportation for new students or request transportation to your new address if you have moved and are still eligible for transportation at: http://www.wcpss.net/bus-support
Bus stops are established at safe locations. As per Board Policy 7125, safety criteria for stops include:
- Adequate lighting
- Safe pathway to the bus stop
- Space for multiple students to wait
- Approaching motorists view of the bus stop
- Street traffic patterns, volume and speed
- Available space for bus to safely stop or turn around.
